  Michael was referred to me during my home loan process. I went to him about Homeowners Insurance and we ended up also switching my car insurance and saving me money!!! He is absolutely amazing. He is so nice and easy to work with. It's like a breath of fresh air not having to wait on hold for any questions.   I have been a customer of Michael Berg for several months now. He was able to save me about $500 a year on my home and auto policies while providing better coverage. Not only did he save me money but his customer service is outstanding! Michael really understands insurance and is always happy to answer any questions you may have about your policy. He truly cares about his clients. If you are looking for a GREAT insurance agent then I highly recommend you give Michael Berg a call.

  Michael is so friendly and easy to work with. We rest easy at our place knowing that we don't have to lift a finger-- we were always Geico/Progressive type people, it's just so easy to do things online-- but we really like having an agent working just for us who's just a phone call away (not an automated voice message phone call away where I speak with someone who lives in India regarding my policy). If you're looking for an agent that can give you the best deal around, give Michael a call. I priced out insurance options with several agencies online. Michael's price beat them all. I should've called him sooner-- he reviewed a lot of options for us. I could've been eating bon-bons and watching soaps the entire time..... :) Thanks, Michael!

  I have had State Farm for over a year now and I HATED it. Worst customer service ever and my agent was never able to get all my questions answered. My boss recommended this agent and I can honestly say for being only 20 years old this is the BEST insurance rate I have ever gotten! My agent is soooo easy going and is upfront. Always responds quickly and made setting up my insurance and getting everything I needed extreamly easy! Hoping to stay with this insurance for awhile!! I love it!!
